* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 60 ml fresh lime juice
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 clove garlic, peeled and finley chopped
* 1 tablespoon dill, finley chopped pinch granular sugar substitute
* 250 ml extra-virgin olive oil
1. Wisk together all ingredients, except for the olive oil, in a small bowl. Slowly add the oil a little at a time, wisking continuously. Refrigerate for 30 minutes befor using.
